How do I work with John Donovan to develop a new resume?
You have two choices:

•	1) Use the form on the Contact page to contact John Donovan with your questions.
•	2) Select the package you want (on the Resume Packages page), then select the level: Manager, Technical, or Executive. Click the corresponding link to complete the Submission form, which provides space to paste your resume text. At the end of the form, click to advance to the shopping cart. John will contact you by email with any questions. It’s that easy!

Why do Technical and Executive resumes cost more than basic ones?
These resumes tend to be longer, plus they include numerous details and take more time to achieve the highest level of accuracy.

Why do Executive packages require a longer turnaround time than other packages?
Executive resumes often break the “no-more-than-2-pages” rule because they need to reflect the full career history. Plus, hiring CEOs and Boards of Directors require multiple, significant examples of career accomplishments in this type of resume and cover letter.

Do I receive my resume and cover letter electronically, by email?
Yes, your resume and cover letter will be created in Microsoft Word and emailed to you as an attached file.

Will Package 3 provide printed AND electronic versions of my resume?
Yes. CRS Resume Service will mail 10 copies of your printed resume to you, along with a diskette containing the electronic files, via the U.S. Postal Service.

What is the quality of the printed resumes?
Resumes are printed on quality 24lb 100% cotton resume paper, in either white or ivory color, with black print.

What is the “text version” of my resume?
The text version of your resume is an electronic (ASCII) file with no formatting, just text. This is the file you submit for online applications.

What is the difference between a web resume and a web portfolio?
Both tools enable you to network more efficiently, especially when you include the link in email correspondence. That way, your contact can quickly access the page during telephone interviews.
